It's spring break (woohoo). I'm feeling pretty crappy. I've been eating way too much again and now I'm swollen and chipmunk-like again. I have nothing else to say other than I feel like shit and look even worse. Sigh...

I don't want to jinx myself just yet, but I'm getting back on track. I've had two successful days of healthy eating and the desire to binge has passed. Unfortunately I now have to deal with the consequences of my binging, but at least the numbers are going down and not up. I'm thinking in a week or so I should be back to where I started and then I can keep going down from there. Wish me luck!
